Terms of Service

Rotaalo is an early-stage beta product. These terms are intentionally short and plain-language rather than full legal boilerplate. By using Rotaalo you're agreeing to use it on that basis: a work-in-progress, not a finished, formally reviewed service.

The service, as-is

Rotaalo is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind. Features may change, break, or be removed as the product develops. We'll try to give notice of anything major, but during beta that isn't guaranteed.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your password safe and for what happens under your account. If you're a manager inviting staff, you're responsible for how you use their data within Rotaalo.

Acceptable use

• Don't use Rotaalo to store or process anything illegal.
• Don't record someone (via the transcription feature) without their knowledge and agreement; see the Privacy Policy for more on this.
• Don't attempt to access another user's account or data without permission.

Pricing

Rotaalo is free during this beta period. If paid plans are introduced later, existing users will be given clear notice before anything is charged.

Ending your use

You can stop using Rotaalo and ask us to delete your data at any time; see the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or remove accounts that misuse the service.

Liability

As a beta product, Rotaalo is used at your own risk. We'll do our best to keep your data safe and the service running, but we can't guarantee against data loss or downtime during this stage, and we recommend not relying on Rotaalo as your only record of anything business-critical yet.

Changes

These terms may be updated as Rotaalo develops. Material changes will be noted here.
